A helping hand
As a former undergraduate student of the University, I know exactly how you might be feeling. Excited? Nervous? If coming to Chester means you'll be moving away from home for the first time, there's a good chance you'll be feeling both these things. But please don't panic.
I moved to study here at Chester in 2008. I didn’t know anybody and had never lived away from home. It was scary at first but I soon made friends and now live in Chester permanently – it’s a beautiful city with lots to offer. The unique thing about the University of Chester is that there’s a real sense of community on and off campus; one of the many reasons why I decided to move into student accommodation.

But, of course, there is no better way of finding out more about our student accommodation than by visiting us and seeing it for yourself. If you haven't already booked onto one of our Applicant Days, don't miss the opportunity to visit us and view a few examples of the accommodation available at Chester. Trying to decide what type of accommodation you'd like to live in can be tricky, but a visit on one of our Applicant Days really can help give you a better idea of what it is really like to be a student at Chester.
